What do I get after I send the brief?+
A planner replies within one working day with availability for your dates, an outline of the evening and an indicative figure. Nothing is booked until you confirm and pay the deposit.
Is the estimate on the form a quote?+
No. It repeats the indicative tier published on our pricing page for a group of that size. Every evening is quoted against your brief.
Where is the camp?+
Khayal Al Sahra at Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi: about 50 minutes from Abu Dhabi city and 90 minutes from Dubai. It is a private camp with one booking a day.
Do you run events in Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah?+
Yes, but only inside hotels, resorts and ballrooms there. Open-area events in the desert, mountains or on beaches need a licence we do not hold; our open-desert events are at our own camp in Abu Dhabi.
